INTRODUCTION

The New Era Bali Kerthi Economic Roadmap is a national plan to pivot Bali’s economy toward a more resilient, sustainable, and future-oriented model. The Roadmap embraces strategic sectors such as health and wellness, knowledge and digital economy, green and blue sectors, sustainable and blended finance, integrative infrastructure, and high-quality tourism. The new development paradigm reflects a bold vision inviting investment and talents to help Bali leapfrogs to advanced economies whilst maintaining its traditional culture and natural heritage.


The Tri Hita Karana G20 Bali Global Blended Finance Alliance Dialogue on “New Era Bali Kerthi Roadmap: Quantum AI, Innovation and Blended Finance for Better Business Better World” explores the intersection of emerging technologies, innovation and blended finance as catalyst to redefine the Bali’s future economy anchored in the Tri Hita Karana’s value of harmony between people, nature and the spiritual aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).


Co-hosted by Tri Hita Karana Forum and G20 Bali Global Blended Finance Alliance (GBFA), the Tri Hita Karana G20 Bali Global Blended Finance Alliance Dialogue explores four key priority areas to accelerate Bali’s new economy as regional innovation and knowledge hub and prototype for green and inclusive growth for Indonesia and the region.

  • Showcase scalable innovations and investment-ready solutions across priority sectors.
  • Identify policy and regulatory frameworks to unlock investment for priority sectors.
  • Co-create collective commitment for high-impact coalitions of government, business, philanthropy, and civil society to drive concrete outcomes for priority sectors.

Dialogue Design and Breakout Group Themes

The format of the Dialogue includes:

1. Plenary Sessions

High-level framing with global and regional leaders, and showcase of solutions and funding opportunity.

2. Breakout Group Workshops

Focus on each of the strategic priority sector:

▶ Identify bottlenecks and enabling conditions.

▶ Propose collaborative solutions and commitment.
